Owner/landlord, Surville Vaughn is actively doing construction work in apartment #5 without permits. He is also doing around the clock construction violating tenant's rights to enjoy their apartment without constant incessant noises well after business hours. Waking tenants up and disturbing our peace. This construction continues throughout the weekend late u into the night.
