school zone lights around york elementary on Washita and South Senic seem to be flashing at the wrong times. (the picture is from 3:48am on senic)

This is the 2nd collision that has happened at this intersection within the past week. The cars that are parked on both sides of Jefferson make it impossible for the cars at the stop signs to see whether or not a car is coming down the 1-way. Something has got to be done about this before someone is killed.

I am requesting that a stop sign be installed at the intersection of Grant and State. I have lived here for less than a year and have witnessed at least 5 car accidents here. Especially with the construction going on, more drivers are using State St to get to Grant. The combination of heavy traffic and construction has caused many vehicle accidents.

Stop signs are poor located for this new intersection design. People aren't seeing them on the sidewalk. Confusing if two-way or four-way, especially at night. I've had two close calls in the past month.
Also, is this a crosswalk? It appears so, but no signs. Needs signs. It's really a bad design over all. Extends too far into streets, cars are running over them (see black tire marks on curbs) and blind people struggle to navigate them. (I've seen this twice.)

2 cars going the wrong way less than 10 minutes after the request I just submitted regarding signage and fixing the intersection of elm and Jefferson after the 2nd serious accident in less than a week at the intersection Really not much more to say than fix it

It has been there for approximately 30 days for no reason.

The stop signs and street name signs at the intersection of Butterfield Street and Overland Avenue are all in poor condition and are not visible at night; some are so faded cannot be seen at all. According to signage in the area, these streets are not maintained by the city, but I do not know who is responsible. The Chesterfield Village Home-Owners Association confirmed yesterday that they do not maintain these streets. I would appreciate any assistance in figuring out who is responsible for this intersection so I may contact them regarding these signs.

Incorrect lane markings causing near collisions East bound republic road at Kansas expressway

The east bound left turn lane markings onto Kansas expressway are to narrow for a car to fit in, which causes the cars in the next lane to move into the occupied lane, causing multiple near collisions every day
