Lost/wandering young dog. Looks thin. Possibly a female. Seems friendly. Have seen it around Randall, S. 10th, and Edgewood.

This dog is still hanging out on 10th Street. No leash, no fence, no owner? Craps in everyone's yard. Outside all day. Can the city please enforce their own laws and do something about this animal? Thanks.

I have lived in this neighborhood since 2016. the loose dogs have become such a joke. I can't even walk my dogs because I'm afraid of getting attacked by strays again. 4 years ago my dog saved my life when 2 dogs came from nowhere and tried getting me but he fought them off. he was seriously hurt by them and it has become worse. Now I walk at noccalula and guess what, loose dogs. I was bit last year by a dog and it still hasn't healed and done major damage to my tendons. someone needs to put a stop to this. I'm sure people are dumping them on hinds road or just letting them roam freely. my dogs are vet checked and give their shots when they are needed. they are also on a leash and I have a fenced in yard. I'm guessing since these dogs run freely they are not any of the above things. my dogs will protect me, no doubt. but I do not want it to come to that. I love animals but come on this is way out of control. I don't want to be sued because my dogs attacked a loose dog. and I do not ever want to be bit again. I'm extremely frustrated and angry with the ignorance of the people here. HEY GADSDEN, I'm pretty sure everyone would agree. especially the people that walk in this neighborhood with large sticks. I have an elderly neighbor that was pushed to the ground by a loose dog.

Dog runs loose everyday around 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm area of Randall St between Newton St and South 6th Street. Owner is at 806 Randall St. Animal Control has been called 2 times during regular business hours. No returned phone call.

Street curbs are blocked with rocks and overgrown grass which is not allowing the water to flow properly.
