It appears that citizens of Vernon are not terribly interested in having an image they can be proud of. Garbage on the side of the road thrown from car windows appears to be a townwide problem. I am closing this item as I can not make people act like responsible citizens, it needs to be taught by their parents. Sad to say this is how town decay a house, a street, a neighborhood at a time.
