Description

Traffic is backing up on East Main St because someone traving west bound on E.Main want to make a left hand turn to Rt.4. Why can't the city limit left hand turns in that area during peak driving times IE: Monday thru Friday 6am-8am, 12pm-1pm and 3:30-5:30pm

This has been a growing problem for years. this problem promotes road rage. I've witness this several times.It is really time to correct this. With growth coming to this area I hope Torrington does not wait for someone to get hurt first befoe the decide to 'study' this (and do nothing)

Still no change, traffic still backing up because someone feels the need to turn left onto rt.4 and really could care less who get inconvenienced

Lots of traffic issues now that they allowed a Cumberland Farms gas station on the corner
Torrington Police sit there and watch cars going on the wrong way and do nothing about it
