Description

I recently noticed the Route 3 (Newfield Street) is being resurfaced. My concern is with the new pavement markings. A dedicated left turn lane on Newfield Street SB to Liberty Street would improve safety.
Also since CTDOT has designated Route 3 as a major bike route, an adequate shoulder should be provided with a narrower travel lane width if necessary.
