The weeds are not in the park-and-ride lot, they are at the corner of District Drive and the access road that leads to the side and back of the firehouse, and then to the park-and-ride. This is either city or county property.

We understand, but TTA is responsible for sight distance clearance for their driveway access. Or alternatively they are responsible for coordinating weed control with their landlord, the State of NC. The City does not own any property along District Drive.
