Description
A few months ago, double left turn markings were installed at 7th and Main. Nobody seems to be respecting the outer left turn lane (which was previously a thru lane), and drivers are consistently using that as a thru lane even though it is marked for left turns only. This is made worse by the two parking garage entrances on the left side of 7th immediately after the light. Please consider adding additional signage to clarify this new traffic pattern and that both two left lanes are for turning.

This situation was previously formally reported to Richmond Traffic Engineering Mgmt Team (20020942404) so that proper inspection, consideration and handling can take place accordingly. This is still under consideration/review.
