Most of us drive 4WD vehicles, so it's not such a big deal to have a perfect road in a 25 mile zone. I'd focus on high traffic roads first before wasting town money on rural roads. If you want a perfect rural road, be prepared to double your property taxes, NOT!

Briscoe is worse than ever - with no town repaving 4 years after complaints. This is a road that students from St. Luke's run on every afternoon. This is a VERY dangerous situation.
