The problem is at the intersection of Columbus Parkway and Ascot Parkway. During the last three weeks, people will be in the left turn lanes on Columbus Parkway and people will be on Ascot Parkway wanting to go through and no thru traffic is going on Columbus Parkway, and we sit waiting for the light to change. It doesn't change.
