Hello, I'm hoping to get some help with the noise violations coming from pecos, on the block tagged. The activity is sever enough that I've rented a sound meter and have also recorded video over the last few weeks. The noise violations are caused by old cars with straight pipe exhausts, large dual cab trucks, and commercial trucks. This is not a situation where kids are hot rodding, and it seems to be a noise campaign. I've tried a number of options up to this point, and would greatly appreciate help as it's certainly affecting the safety of myself and the neighborhood.
