So pick it up and toss it. Geeze people! Are we that lazy? It probably fell out of a trashcan or someones pocket or something. Its evident that the person obviously is courteous. Its already packaged for you...so stop being lazy and pick the dang thing up and toss it out. Stop abusing SCF!

There are no trashcans anywhere near the vicinity, and I don't think anyone without a pair of disposable gloves should be picking up someone else's animal's poop, even if it is already bagged. It has nothing to do with laziness, but everything to do with safely and sanitarily disposing of disregarded fecal matter.
