Does public works really need to spend work hours to find out that THERE IS NO PRIVATE PROPERTY ANYWHERE NEAR ORANGE ST AND ENGLISH DR? There is no private property on English Dr. There is no private property on Orange St between Cold Spring and English Dr.

No question this is park property. Nowhere near private property.

I just noticed there’s a duplicate ticket on this one as well: see issue #13483813. NH Parks Department, please address these illegally -dumped, ripped-open bags of construction debris ASAP. Thank you. There is no question that this is on park property: it’s the corner of Orange Street and English Drive…in East Rock Park!
