Any idea when this will be removed.

After reviewing your issue, we have determined that this issue is actually something that has to be taken up by the City of Vallejo Public Works Maintenance Division, as they handle public property whereas Code Enforcement Division deals with private property related issues. Just reassign this back to the maintenance division rather than closing it....
