I'm curious as to why this street light has gotten so many reports, yet it remains a problem. I know it is an intermittent issue, but if it happens enough to get this many reports it shouldn't be that hard to pin down. This issue has created some dangerous circumstances in the past. Thanks you for your inquiry, this was actually a signal issue and the problem was found in both the signal cabinet as well as two location with the loops in the street. The issue has been fixed, thanks for your patience.
