I am reaching out to see if east point is responsible for clearing litter under the 166 under passes? Specially on Stanton and delowe under the highway The underpasses are always full of trash I reached out to GDOT for the trash on the exit and entrance ramps and pro cutters Lawnscapes got back with me and said they and GDOT will take care of that trash and will do a better job of maintaining the litter in those areas However they said it's either EP or city of Atlanta that is responsible for trash under the highway Thank you for helping keep our city clean I visibly see people throw trash out their car windows so i know there's only so much that can be done when people don't care
