Description
The edge of the asphalt of Brier Creek Parkway is degrading where it meets the asphalt of Cerny St. It's degrading 6-8 inch deep for several feet, in several places.
This not only causes several abrupt bumps when driving, but it also appears to promote washing out the highway's foundation.
(resurrecting issue 1407823, opened 2014-12-17, retired 1/12/2015 for administrative reasons)
