Today I was at the CVS and 99 cents store parking lot at Sonoma Blvd. and Redwood. There is a new, disgusting homeless mess spread aroung a large portion of the parking lot. Junk littering, trash strewn about, uncollected full garbage bags, broken down cars, one on jacks, etc. It looks really great for vacationers going north through Vallejo - NOT!
Since this mess is on private property the city won't touch it except for maybe sighting the owner for property maintenance neglect.
Meanwhile the public health hazard persists. The county health department should inspect and report to the city.
