Utilities were located the beginning of December for AT&T contractor work and have not faded in almost 4 months. Permanent paint was used in leu of typical utility marking paint. Markings include blue, green, red and yellow. Worst markings are for water (blue) and include 10 feet of writing in 8 different locations. The paint has not faded despite signifiant precipitation and it's resemblance to graffiti drastically impacts the aesthetics of our street. Prompt resolution would greatly be appreciated.
