Car is occupied by a dog and two homeless men that are on drugs and buys the drugs from the house with the RV in front. The car has been here for years accumulating trash. The people have trash all over the street, which makes it hard to walk by. The people living in the van often yells and curses at people who walk by and try to express concern about the blight they are causing. On one instance, a knife was pulled on a private citizen. No use to call VPD because they don’t come. At any rate, they need to move this from the corner of Mcgrue. The only way to sustain the removal is to stop the selling of drugs from the RV. The homeless people have made home on the corner of Mcgrue because they want to stay close to the drugs. Please move them to another area. Also, the dog looks malnourished. This should be illegal to let this persist!
