I can confirm that this is in fact an issue. I have personally seen multiple people not only drive down the center lane, but blatantly on the wrong side of the road as well in order to try to get to the intersection and avoid the traffic.

Additionally, perhaps a turn signal can be put in for this left turn lane? This would be the left turn from Lowell northbound onto 64th westbound. There is a turn signal for the opposing direction that is not nearly as traffic ridden as this direction.

With the school being turned into Apartments and then building apartments or Townhomes down on Lowell and now the apartment Townhomes are going to build at 64th and Lowell this is going to be a major intersection where it used to be just the little bit of traffic. A lot of the people that have lived here for years just want to make it home can you please figure out what to do with all this traffic and not intersection with the lights thank you
