Description

There is a smell coming from the woods. Smell like something is dead. The smell is so strong. Its hard for anyone to breath when they walk past. Also, the trees make it hard to see any cars coming around the corner. Which increases the risk of being hit by a car while crossing the street. There are a lot of children in this neighborhood. Something needs to be done.
