6/7/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with graffiti removal being needed has been formally reported to Richmond Grounds Management ( Request #20020845628 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Also, a Release Form has been mailed to the property owner to submit to City Hall. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000
