The Oakland Fire Department responds to hazmat issues (oil, paint, etc). Before we are able to report this to the Fire Department there is some additional information they require. Please provide the number of containers dumped at the location. Is the oil leaking? Do the containers have lids? Are the containers on the street or sidewalk? Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
