The sign I am speaking of needs to be placed on all upper street lights or even making a left turn signal. They have repeatedly changed the light on 4th & M Street SW. It was only for better of fed govt employees ability to turn left but nothing truly for residents considering we live here. This mix zoning is not working for all mostly not for residents.
