Description

Halfway down the stairway that can be seen closer to the middle of Lake Dalwigk Park on the 5th St side, this utility box sits covered in various graffiti tags.

Α. Red, blue, and black graffiti tags approximately 6"-12" cover the city utility box; most look like scribbles.
