AT & T have left a hole outside the exterior streetside wall of Royal Crest Townhouse community on Park South Drive (near SouthPark across from Courtyard Marriott) since May 26, 2012. They installed a cable at one of the owners units and have never come back to fill the hole. Dirt and red mud remains piled up and water collects in the hole. Shrubs and grass have died around the hole as a result. We understand they have been contacted by the Royal Crest HOA board and management company, Abbott Enterprises, but no solution. You ran a similar story this morning at another address (Glenview) with the same issue. Seems to be an ongoing problem with AT & T not returning to complete the job.
