I went by to check on dog and house is apparently vacant with a code violation pinned to the front door (picture attached). Dog is skittish and barking non-stop. Two neighbors that I know that were at a meeting at Stone House said the dog was barking non-stop for two hours prior to me getting there.
I'm planning to send pictures and a video to contacts I have at RAC&C.
