Description

This spot collects a large pool of water during downpours. It spills onto the road and is rather deep. Cars going through this may hydroplane and certainly are slowed down by it. Needs some sort of drainage to keep the water out of the road. I've attached a picture of my car going through it. It shows water flying up on the right.
