There is a commercial (not public) solid waste trash truck that parks illegally on the street overnight, every night, full of trash. License plate MD 41W352, US DOT No. 1478998.

This vehicle is parked in the same spot again this evening (and every weekday evening). Have there been any steps toward a resolution for this environmental concern?
