Description

The timing on the traffic signal lights at the intersections of Sylvan and Ft. Worth Avenue are way out of sync. In the mornings at this intersection, it is almost impossible to make a left arrow turn to the north from Ft. Worth Avenue when heading east because the traffic heading north on Sylvan has not cleared the way. Only about 2 cars can go at a time. This just started on Monday (8/22/16) and this morning it took forever to get onto Sylvan Avenue.
