TY for following through on this report. FYI as of 8am this morning I noticed that the carcass had been removed. Not sure if this was handled by a city crew late Thursday or handled by the private landscaping crew that coincidentally arrived there first thing this morning to begin installing landscaping between the sidewalk and fence at that very location. Regardless, the situation has indeed been resolved. Thanks so much for your help! :)
