Description

The Street lights surrounding the crosswalk across Narbonne do not work. This is extremely hazardous as it is difficult to see anyone in the crosswalk at night since it is very dark. This is right outside of a school so it is very unsafe for any students required to use this crosswalk outside normal hours while it is dark.
