Description

This was reported earlier as No.18-00200160 and closed. A DC tow sticker was placed on it last week so the inspectors should have known where to go. The closed report says they went to 24th Pl. This vehicle is still on Ridge Pl. A person came and removed the ladders off of it this evening.
