The follow thru is bad on these "issues" and I have resulted in complaining more than once on a particular issue...

I know it firsthand...i have complained about code enforcement related issues but lately, the last few months I have gotten follow up and response. I think things are changing in our city, feeling hopeful. Keep me posted on the outcome of this one...

I hope you'll "see" the difference and folks will realize they must "mirror" the neighvorhood they move too...
