Thank heavens that's fixed. It could have been a hazard to public health and safety but now everything's fine. Isn't it?

Theo Bevius is correct that a crisis was diverted, since now PD has all the information. It could have been anyone’s house on fire that the Fire Department would be delayed in saving because they have to find another water source. Or a vehicle full of a family trying to turn onto Monterey Street and the truck caused a blind spot from one of the punks who speed up and down Monterey street causing a crash.
