People rarely speed on this stretch of road - they drive too slow. The speed limit is 45 there and most prople only do 40 through there.

People are speeding up and down Westtown Rd. and people barely stop at stop sign at 5 points. By the way, is that a right turn lane from Westtown to Five points on the eastbound side?
