Description

Several months ago after heavy rain, Ray road overwashed and caused the side of the culvert to wash out. Subsequent fix required a comprehensive repair of one side of Ray Road - new sidewalk/curb/gutter, backfill and riprap, etc. All that was completed quickly, but that was months ago. Still left behind are long, plastic mesh mulch bags used to control erosion. Not photographed here, but some remain properly installed (parallel to the sidewalk), but pic shows several others that were never used that still remain in a random pile next to the repair. It's unsightly and preventing that reclaimed land from grassing over naturally. Another bag was placed around the nearby gutter drain to control silt during the construction phase and is still there, but now all it does is dam and congest the drain. Please send crew to remove these.
