Sad for everyone (homeless and residents who have to put up with this). Hopefully the city does something and they don't put it on the railroad to deal with.

Disgusting!!! This is turning into a village now!!! They need to be bussed to San Francisco!!!

Nando, I feel sooo sorry for you and all your neighbors who must put up with this filthy and unhealthy situation! Some of our 150 senior home owners have had the same problem with the encampments and the homeless complete disregard for us and our safety. I pray the city or the railroad, (who is responsible?!!!) please listen to these homeowner/Residents request and do SOMETHING to remove these trespassers!

Unfortunately right now they're on Railroad property. They will come in and move them to the sidewalk. They stay there for a few days. Then they go to the other side of the railroad track. It's a game. What the city needs to do is be in constant communication with the railroad company. I'm sorry that you have to put up with this. I went by today and it's horrific.

The city can get permission to work on railroad property. All they have to do is advise the railroad and the railroad will send someone out to monitor the work while it's being performed. Question is why won't they? TBA

I was just getting ready to report this again. Call the railroad directly. Their phone # is (888) 877-7267. I call all the time about this location. You have to give the location as A and railroad. I do have the actual coordinates but I’ll have to look it up. They need to start coming once a week to clean up.

To bad this is all falling on deaf ears. This has been a biohazard problem since the beginning of Nov. If you look back at other posts you'll see that they are all still open and nothing is being done. You can't say much here about what's happening because it won't get posted. This site will block you from comments if they don't like what you write.

Go on Facebook to Antioch Cares. You can see comments about various things going on in Antioch and make your own. Sometimes people don't like what you say but you are entitled to your opinion. TBA
