I notice the city will allow developers to build businesses on once were residential lots in older residential neighborhoods. Building a home is very different than a two or three story business. This happened to me and found once the business was completed my home had dust and dirt inside and outside. Washing the walls didn't help as I realized the vents also needed cleaning. If you are a senior on a fixed income or a home owner that is low income this is not what you expect. It's too late for me but I have been trying to get the city to have a law in place that the developer pay for cleaning homes inside and out adjacent to these businesses being built, especially when the City approves these businesses being built. Since this business also needed a parking lot with plug-in access SaskPower dug along my fence and I now have several of my trees dying as the roots were disturbed. This problem could happen to other homeowners and I feel the City should help us out also.
