Description

I was driving down Edwards mill road and saw a woman trip onto the ground where the sidewalk ends at Arckelton drive. The ground is not kept up and there's no sidewalk, so there's big holes in the ground and so it's very dangerous, where many children and women in the neighborhood walk around. This time the woman fell onto the ground and hit the road so hard she sat there lying on the street. I had to pull over and make sure she was ok and help pull her up (since she was lying in the road). Very scary incident. We need the sidewalk kept up in this intersection. This is also a CAT bus stop and public school bus stop where kids get off to walk to the nearby homes. A connector from the Arckelton drive sidewalk to the sidewalk that continues across the street at the retirement home would be much safer. Thank you.
