Description

Everyday around 5:15-5:30pm, impatient people get into the left lane of St. Asaph's going towards City Ave and make an illegal right turn onto Rt. 23, which cuts off MANY people. I dunno how many more times I can deal with someone cutting me off before something serious happens. LMPD, please please please do something about this!!!
