Huge tremendous Huge pot holes on Field St!!!!!!

Georgetown gardens apartments in torrington ct need help badly with pot holes its a small community its literally a circle and theres pot holes from when you first enter to when you drive out.pot holes all around they did a half job patching them last year and didnt even get all the holes. Ive been there 6 yrs and only saw them patching once pkease help..
