There have been a number of individuals who camp out along the sidewalk near the intersection of Georgia St. and Sacramento St. at night. They are using the unrestricted electrical outlets that are built into the streetlight poles to charge mobile devices and play music late into the night. They have been camped out for the past 13 days and usually show up around dusk and stay out until well after 2 in the morning.
