    It is 4:45 PM on Tuesday. The AC units at Life Center Ministries are whining and grinding as usual. They are out of repair. They are noisy enough to be heard over 100 yards away. This is a violation of the City Code regarding noise. We are asking the City to respect Sandy Springs homeowners and protect our neighborhood from this nuisance.

    It is Monday afternoon at 5:30 PM. It is 64 degrees and windy. Still, we can hear the AC units at Life Center Ministries groaning and whining over 100 yards away. The AC units need some sort of barrier or baffling around them to prevent he noise from the out of repair units to be heard in adjoining neighborhoods. This is the same as was done for the Kroger that abuts Dunwoody Heritage neighborhood. Please give our neighborhood the same respect. Enforce the noise ordinance and protect the homeowners in Sandy Springs.

The units at Life Center Ministries are installed improperly. They also need a sound barrier. Their noise is a nuisance and negatively impacts residents on Mt. Vernon Road and Ryefield Drive. This noise nuisance is a violation of City Code. We do not understand why the Code Enforcement Office will not enforce the City Code. This is a dereliction of duty and breaks the contract that the city has with the residents of Sandy Springs. Furthermore, Life Center Ministries is knowingly aggravating neighbors and causing harm with this nuisance noise.

This is a violation of City Code and is a noise nuisance. These AC units need a sound a barrier to prevent their nuisance noise form negatively affecting surrounding neighbors. This is a nuisance noise that will not stop.
