We have complained about our refrigerator being broken for a year now. I have asked 4 times to fix it and they have not. Our refrigerator is at 62 degrees. Our food goes bad after a week and we have mold on everything in the refrigerator and it’s unhealthy for us living there.

811 dig has placed yellow gas line flags throughout our neighborhood about two weeks ago in anticipation of what we assume is an AT&T infrastructure project. We have seen no sign of AT&T yet, and the neighbors are becoming concerned with mowing around the flags.
Can we get AT&T to give us a timeline for this the project, or remove the flags since they expire after 5 days?
