    Car is doing donut spins daily and has caused the asphalt on the road on Echo Summit Road to disintegrate. The loose asphalt and pieces from ruined road has flown into passing vehicle's windows.
    Neighboring home has had to use water to put out the left over smoke caused from the donut spins because of fear of fire.
    Please monitor as there is a regular offender in a white Nissan 350z that does the donut spins and has directly caused reprehensible damage to the roads on Echo Summit, Candy Dr, Jack London Dr and Tobin Dr.

    it's extremely disgusting as children and neighbors use this beautiful park and we can no longer do so and feel safe because of a homeless individual who decided to make a home under the big tree at the park in front of a bus stop!
    He defecates, urinates and uses the park water fountain to shower, wash clothes, etc. it's disgusting as children, young and old adults uses this park to exercise, relax and walk! please move this man and other homeless away!

    It started as 1 pothole and over time, it became so bad and now, it's practically impossible to travel on this route because of damage sustained to vehicles.
    I suspect the potholes are due to a large 18 wheeler being driven to the neighborhood and parked overnight. The 18 wheeler is usually parked on easter court. For obvious reasons, residential streets will not sustain heavy vehicular movement and 2 18 wheelers truck are driven into the neighborhood and parked overnight.
    My vehicle has sustained damage to the rims and so many other vehicles have to come to an abrupt stop to slowly maneuver the multiple,deep potholes.

    Shopping cart filled with broken, possible stolen bicycle parts has been dumped. A white male chained the cart to the bud stop sign. The shopping cart is chained to the public bus stop sign on jack london dr and echo summit.

    A shopping cart full of dismantled bicycle parts are dumped and chained to the public bus stop sign on jack london dr and echo summit. It is a blight as its chained to public, city property and park goers sees the dismantled parts. My fear is that because of the proximity to the park where children plays, some child or children could get hurt from being curious and picking up seemingly dangerous broken parts.
    An white male, possibly homeless, on his bicycle rode the shopping cart filled with parts and brought it to the bus stop sign and chained it.

    It has been parked across from home on 824 jack london dr. They would leave for several hours but come back in the evening and park overnight. Males from different vehicles would come and enter the RV. Occupants of the RV also would illegally dumped their sewage matter down the drain on the street or bring it to the marsh area of the delta meadows park and dump it there. I have seen females emerged from the RV and they seemed to be living in the RV. Please take this as a priority as there are children and families that frequent this park. It is a blight to the community.
