It’s bad enough that as of last Sunday (03/10/24), a trailer was set up on Winchester Street, near Sonoma Blvd. There are not license plates on this make-shift trailer. He has set up a green waste can & bicycle rack near the trailer with other unknown items blocking a section of sidewalk. At dark, this trailer attracts unwanted traffic of bicyclists, people on foot & cars. Now (tonight, 03/17/24), a full-ton pick up truck has parked on Winchester, not too far from the trailer. These unwanted intruders pose an immediate threat to our neighborhood. It’s scary & uncomfortable knowing that the male & his friend(s) are in an excellent position to observe & to study the hours (& times) that our neighbors leave & return to their homes, what vehicles they drive, commercial deliveries made to our neighborhood homes, as well as activities that our immediate neighbors wish to execute, such as walking with their small children around the neighborhood block. It’s a totally unnerving presence—as well as where do they use the bathroom or wash up? Will there be large piles of debris left on the ground & sidewalk & street? Before this tragedy blooms any further, please get them to leave our neighborhood.

    Thank you,
    A concerned neighbor,
    Pat Dodson

Lots of trash probably dumped on Monday morning. And now there’s animal decal matter on top of the abandoned clothing. The cross streets are Sonoma Blvd & Winchester Sts.

There’s about (3) discarded, large box springs, (2) mattresses and a few pieces of clothing that have appeared on Winchester Street (cross streets are between Sonoma Blvd & Grant Street) about Sunday night/early Monday morning (January 30 or 31, 2022).

Hello: there are (3)or(4) large black bags (with some newly lose extra added garbage) against my fence & the next door neighbor on Sonoma Blvd & Winchester St. These bags of garbage were initially on the sidewalk of Sonoma & Winchester. Someone(s) came along & spread the contents onto the sidewalks of Sonoma & Winchester. The owner(s) of the property (@ the corner of Sonoma & Winchester) re-bagged all that nasty stuff & placed all the bags against my fence but on his property side. Since then, more lose garbage has been piled on top of the black bags. I commend the property owner, my neighbor, for taking on the responsibility to re-bag all that garbage. The bags of garbage are still there & more piles of unbagged garbage are piling up. Pictures (when I’m directed to add) depict that all of these bags of garbage were originally left on the sidewalk on Winchester St. We have a serious problem of people driving (at night or early morning) around looking for any open spaces (& places), in our neighborhood, to dump their nasty garbage. Our neighborhood, in South Vallejo, is a constant target. I’m reporting this hazardous waste to CLICKFIX for a pick up. Adding another complaint, even P.G.&E. workers left a big mess (from their trucks, dumpsters, backhoes, metal plates & portable toilet) when they finished whatever repairs they were completing along Sonoma Blvd. Our clean, newly paved street was not equipped to bare the weight of all of that extra heavy duty traffic that was presented. Our new, clean street & sidewalks are all scarred up & chipped. Much of the left over debris was swept into our new gutters, some debris was packaged & left in a yard space on the corner of Sonoma & Winchester. I’ve made a complaint to the P.G.& E. company, too. I’m sure their workers know better. Thank you.

Hello: This garbage was probably left in front of 633 Fifth Street early Friday morning-03/19/2021. It blocks the gated entrance for the mailman to leave the mail & the garbage blocks people from walking on the sidewalk. There’s a strong possibility that the new groups of vagrants at 620 Fifth Street are responsible for this garbage. Thank you for your services in the past when I’ve reported garbage left on Winchester, Grant & Fifth streets.
