Why was my next door neighbor's trash picked up Thursday and mine wasn't? I rolled their bin to the curb after I rolled mine out. Needs to be picked up ASAP. Thanks.

Repeating offenders: Yet again this yard is a mess with trash, fallen limbs and tall weeds.

File file charges against the foreign homeowners (Riverdale, GA) under East Point's Nuisance law, especially since the City Council is SO afraid of foreign property owners.

We appreciate all Code Enforcement does, but we also demand more and better results.

And here we go again with these unneighborly neighbors and their habitual lack of attention to their yard. Lawn needs attention in front, back, and along both sides. And of course all the City staff will do is "notify the homeowner."
House now vacant for nearly 19 years.

Loud music has been playing ALL afternoon in car behind the house. Can hear it from a couple of blocks away.

Three fallen tree branches have been left unattended for more than a month. These irresponsible l, absentee homeowners are repeat offenders, and all the City staff do is "send them a notice."

A few minutes before midnight the topmost part of the dead tree at Church and Williams fell into the Woods' yard, with a branch from their other tree falling onto the street. I dragged it onto their property to clear the road. Please contact the homeowners to get the debris removed as soon as possible.

Also, rats could be heard scurrying near the home's foundation, that issue has still not been resolved.

At approximately 3:55 PM today 2 cars blew right through the Stop sign at Church and Williams heading north, guessing 45-50 MPH. WTH? Typical in late afternoons and early evenings. Suggest police watch from Williams St near the church.

Yep, here we go again. The dead tree at Church and Williams just dropped one of its three remaining limbs. Thankfully no one was injured, though there is some additional damage to the abandoned house.
We neighbors call upon the Code Enforcement team and/or city attorney to demand the homeowners in Riverdale remove the entire tree and stump immediately. The two remaining limbs both lean toward the street, posing hazards for pedestrians and drivers.

This home on the northwest corner of Church and Williams Streets has been vacant for more than 16 years, per the last tenants who still live nearby. The property owners still live in Riverdale.
What actions has the City of East Point taken action thus far to address this specific home?
More importantly, what actions will the City take next, and when?

Yard has not been mowed in several weeks. Also, insect pests keep affecting neighbors' yards.

These limbs fell the evening of Oct 14 and are still an eyesore. Neighbors are concerned about termite infestation and other pests, as well as the fire hazard this presents. Please get absent owners to remove the fallen limbs ASAP. Thanks. Oh! Kudos to the City's team that came that night and clear debris from both streets on this corner!
