    Several RVs in the underpass area have been posing huge risk to us over the past few months. They've been parked here since October 2021, and we're starting to see an infestation of rats and fleas thanks to the encampment, they continue to block access for people to safely walk through the underpass area. We have been reporting on this on a regular basis to no avail.

    We also have records of having called 311 multiple times to report blockage of public passageways, abandoned vehicles, and now vermin/pests. One of them is also running a bike chop shop out of their van.

    We want to see ALL vehicles and other debris cleared from this underpass ASAP as this is posing a health risk and quality of life issue to residents on this block.

    Water runoff from Town29 condo building populates half of 29th St and stagnants for months at a time. The water is currently part algae and will be a biohazard with warmer weather. Multiple outreach to Town29 has yielded no changes.
